Victor and his crew were awesome. Their ability to get things done and overcome complex situations was amazing. More so, Victor was very honest, very friendly, and very straightforward. When we first started our project, it was supposed to be easy, but little did we know that it would turn out to be a nightmare. In spite of this, Victor was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and courteous. If it had not been for him, I would have given up. Throughout the entirety of the project, he was very meticulous about everything, which is something his team is very aware of. He encountered a tremendous amount of headaches; however, he never gave up, not once. We were looking for a contractor to build an addition to our house and talked to many contractors. From the very beginning of the process Victor showed his exceptional professionalism by being responsive, on time and keeping his promises. He stayed with us and was extremely helpful when our project stuck for over 8 month in the town zoning appealing process due to COVID. When Victor's team was finally able to start the project they had to deal with the shortage of many materials because of the broken supply chain due to the pandemic. Nevertheless Victor always was able to find the way to keep the project going and deliver on time as much as possible in this situation. The team did an amazing job at every stage of the project from foundation and framing to interior detailing. Plus they are really a nice group of guys that it was a pleasure to work with. We needed a complete renewal (basement was remodeled over 20 years ago). We interviewed four contractors before selecting Vic. Vic's professionalism and personality were deciding factors in his selection. We carefully reviewed his previous work and his proposal to completely remodel our basement. Vic's pricing seemed very reasonable and after the perusal of the other contractors submitted proposasl, we decided Vic was the right person for our job. Out of all the estimates I got, Victor was honest, very straightforward and easy to work with. I was amazed by his construction knowledge, work ethics and his ability to foresee complexities and plan ahead. He was flexible and reasonable with our additional demands and changes. Victor and his team were very family friendly and able to deliver on-time with amazing quality and with all proper inspection and approvals. The scope of work and delivery includes entry way, kitchen remodel, completely remodel master bath, new closets, another new bathroom, finished basement and few additional updates around the house. We can't believe how he managed and made it so easy on us. Throughout the project, He never missed his scheduled time that he used to communicate days ahead. We were able to do remote work, kids remote school and on top Covid-19 challenges while work was progressing. We really liked his ideas and everything he touched.
